Designer Planning Fees

The research for developing unique travel plans requires a lot of time. Each trip covers hundreds of detail you will never see. The contacts, certification, checking and re-checking and are what we do. Your biggest travel surprise will be "No Surprise!". You will be able to enjoy every minute.

The basic fees will cover the initial consultation, research, verification and time spent on building the proposal. When you book with us, the fee covers support during the trip.

All fees are non-refundable and will be due upon delivery of the proposal.

White Glove Concierge Service. / Click to close

The basic fees described above, cover the trip logistics, including arrangements for hotles, trains, transfers and scheduled activies. Reservations for within the hotel are included.

Our White Glove Concierge Service is for reservations and tickets, scheduling of self guided activites and leisure time special events. These fees start at $150 and can be detailed ahead of time.

Any reservation or activies scheduled by the client is at no extra expense.


Airline Tickets / Click to close

Administrative Fees (Research and Booking) ...... $25/per ticket

Frequent Flier Miles (Research and Booking) ..... $50/per ticket


Additional Day of Travel Support is available. These fees range from $45/per ticket for domestic roundtrip flights and $90/per ticket for international roundtrip flights.

There is no charge for flight arrangements made by the client.
